Good evening,
Unfortunately, I have to part with this beautiful three-string bouzouki. It has barely been played, and I’m sorry to see it sitting unused instead of bringing someone joy.
Its sound is unique, with an interwar character. It was made by Nik. Fronimopoulos (2014).
The instrument is based on the model of the historic instrument maker Konstantis Gkelis, with a 61 cm scale length.
The body is made of walnut and maple.
The neck and pegbox are made of mahogany, with wenge reinforcement.
The soundboard is spruce.
Ebony fingerboard.
Finished with shellac varnish.
The soundhole rosette is a copy of Gkelis’s, with interwoven designs surrounding the initials.
A named certificate of authenticity from Mr Fronimopoulos is included.
Price: €2,500. Chalandri area
