The word “pintigkri” in the rembetiko glossary is a corruption of “pentigkri”, meaning a certificate of origin or provenance (from the English/French pedigree: family tree/certificate of origin). We encounter it, for example, in the revue song “I’ll Become a Woman” by Petros Kyriakou (1936). See the discussion on the forum here.
